terms & conditions

♡ GENERAL
By paying for a commission, you are agreeing to my terms of service. If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to me before submitting a request✔ can draw:
» humans/humanoids
» anthro/furry
» animals
» minor blood/gore✗ cannot draw:
» mecha/robotic creatures
» heavy gore
» NSFW works (unless otherwise stated)♡ PAYMENTS
» Payments must be made in full upfront
» Work on the art will not begin until a payment has been made
» Please note that because of VGen's 5% processing fee, there will be a minor adjustment to the final price♡ REVISIONS
» I will generally check in after the initial sketch phase (unless otherwise stated). At this time, you may make requests for minor revisions, and I will wait for confirmation before continuing the commission
» If you haven't specified a pose in the request form, a revision for this reason may not be accepted
» No major revisions will be accepted once the commission is finished - I can only adjust colors and any mistakes made at this time♡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
» Illustrations usually take roughly 1-3 weeks to finish (unless otherwise stated), sometimes less if I'm not busy - if I have another commission before yours, I may put the delivery week as slightly later to give time between each commission delivery as to not rush my work
» If you ask for it at the sketch check-in stage, I can offer a general estimation of an updated deadline for the final picture to be delivered
» If there is any reason to push back the due date, I will communicate with you as changes happen (with the exception of emergencies and I will get to you as soon as I can)
» As soon as the artwork is finished, I will send you a PNG file of your commission - one transparent option and one with a background
» If you would like the files delivered through a different means than VGen (email, discord, etc...) please specify either in the request form or shoot me a message no later than the sketch stage♡ REFUNDS
» After payment, you have 24 hours to cancel your commission and receive a full refund
» If I am unable to finish the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund
» In the case of an emergency, please discuss with me! I'm more than happy to help if you explain, and we can reach an agreement
» I will not offer any refund once the commission is finished♡ COMMUNICATION
» I have the right to deny any commission request if I am uncomfortable or for any reason. If I see fit, I will clarify the reason, but I am not obligated to elaborate.
» Please communicate with me solely through VGen. Occasionally I can communicate through Discord, but please discuss with me before we decide to do so♡ RIGHTS AND USE
» The use of my artwork for AI, AI training, or NFTs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
» Tracing, reposting, uncredited use, and use without permission is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
» All of my work is for personal use only (streaming counts as personal). If you have any interest in commercial use (merchandise, etc...) please discuss with me prior to payment and I will provide information for this
» Any and all artwork of mine regardless of point in progress belongs to me, and any usage of my work must be credited either by name (heyhibiscus) or linked back to my account on VGen
